Rooted in the principles of Ubuntu, which emphasizes learners’ interconnectedness and mutual respect, encapsulating the idea of "I am because we are.” Inspiring a renewed outlook for opportunities, whether accepted or created, to be one of the many roots towards a successful educational and growing life experience.

Our philosophy of “no child left behind, no child left inside” has helped AFS to become a learner’s choice for education, fun, community service, social justice organizing, and gardening programs.
